Where and how to apply
The applicants for study of the 5-year master study programme Pharmacy should send to the Study Office the following documents:
- a completely filled-in Application form (rtf / pdf)
- a filled-in Declaration of student (doc / pdf)
- a Curriculum Vitae (CV) – in English
- verified copy of High School Leaving Certificate
- two passport-sized photographs

Entry requirements
- Applicants for the Faculty of Pharmacy must be graduates of secondary school and present a certificate of the final examination (or the equivalent).
- Applicants must successfully pass entrance examination which includes written tests in biology and chemistry at a secondary school level.
Entrance examinations
Entrance examinations are held in 2 terms according to requirement of visa:
- Students needing visa (e.g. Kazakhstan, Turkey): the entrance examination will be held in April. Complete application should be sent to the Study office before 31st March.
- Students not needing visa (e.g. Greece, Cyprus): the entrance examination will be held in June. Complete application should be sent to the Study office before 31st May.
The entrance examinations will take place at the Faculty of Pharmacy or in other place according to the county of the applicant. They have the form of a test from secondary school level chemistry and biology.(Topics for entrance examination and Example questions) Report on last entrance examninations can be found here.
Tuition fee
For the academic year 2012/13 the tuition fee has been set to 6 700 Euro based on an Agreement to be concluded between every admitted student and the Faculty.
Validation of cecondary education
According to Law 111/1998 Coll. and on the amendment and supplementation of other laws student is obliged to submit validated documents about his secondary education.
This nostrification of secondary education is done by Regional Government Authority, where the student should apply for the validation (nostrification).
The validation of secondary education is a very complicated process and can be different for each request.
